Who Is...Sean Ackard?

Wanted arrives on June 8th. Count down the days, one PLL memory at at time! Remember the first time Sean Ackard appeared in Book One? Hanna will never forget it...

"He smelled like Lever 2000 and, strangely, chocolate, and she loved how his recently buzzed haircut showed off all the sexy angles of his face. She'd loved him since sixth grade and he'd only gotten handsomer with each passing year." ~Pretty Little Liars, p. 85.

Sean signed a virginity pledge and attends meetings of the V Club. He continually spurns Hanna's advances, and Hanna continually wonders about Sean's pledge.

"It wasn't as if Sean's parents were overly religious, and it went against every preconceived notion Hanna had about guys."~Pretty Little Liars, p. 87.

Why do you think Sean made the pledge?

Yay first comment! I'm loving the frequent blogs! I'm not sure why Sean made the viginity pledge. Maybe he's gay? Or maybe he just believes in waiting...lol. He's probably gay!

Maybe he just didn't like hanna that much so he just signed a v pledge to make and excuse instead of hurting her feelings and saying i don't like you like that

He probably knew hanna wasn't "the one" and wanted to wait for that special someone.You know like a girl would.

He probably loved someone else who was kind of a loser while he was dating Hanna. And he was just using Hanna to stay on top (not only girls are bitc***, boys are too) and not be called a loser too. But when Hanna wanted to go to the next level, he made the pledge that, he didnt really want to make, as an exscuse not to do it with hanna. But what he told hanna in the woods was probably true, that's what he really thought of her.

Is Sean Ackard the one that Hanna wanted to lose her virginity to in the woods? Didn't she had a long-time boyfriend before him though? And who was the boy that she met in, like, the third book that she made out with in the library? SO MANY BOOKS! SUCH A BAD MEMORY!

I think that he might have been lying because he didn't want Hanna to expect more from him and he wasn't ready to have sex but he didn't want to be a wimp. The way he acts in the books make it seem like he did sign up for the V club, but i don't think he really committed to it and signed a pledge. I think it might have been an excuse. Now you have got me suspicious of Sean...hmm...what does he have to do with all of this? i cannot wait for wanted!! =]

maybe he just didn't want to be involved with sxe. just because he wasn't religious doesn't mean that he couldnt have his own standard and rules that didnt include it

i think that Sean made the pledge because he was waiting for that special person, the right person. & apparently that wasn't hanna. he probably didn't want to hurt her and that's why he stayed with her for soo long, thinking somehow, they could make it work.

He's smart. Smarter than most guys at least. He's knows that it's better to wait, and Hanna just desn't semm to be able to comprehend that a guy may feel that way.

@dancebabe7035 Definitely not Hanna..... He falls for Aria (who still has feelings for Ezra) but then turns Ezra into the cops and dumps Aria. (hint: If you're gonna be rude to @Alexis, get your facts straight)

i think hanna is going waay to fast! i mean, 7 months, and she already wants $ex, i mean, i'd be kinda weirded out and it doesnt even sound like she loves him, its like she just wants him to make her look better.. JUST MY OPINION..
