Who Is...Rebecca Johnson?

After Emily's parents see a picture of her in the Kahn's photobooth kissing Maya, they consider sending her off to Tree Tops. Then they make Em meet with a girl named Becka, who claims she used to be a lesbian before Tree Tops changed her mind.


"Becka wore a long lacy tunic, skinny jeans, and demure pink flats. Delicate, flower-shaped earrings dangled from her ears, and her hair was held back with a lace-trimmed headband. Emily wondered if she's end up looking as girly as Becka if she completed the Tree Tops program." ~Perfect, p. 137


There really are programs like Tree Tops in the United States. If you were Emily, how would you feel about having to follow in Becka's little pink flats?

When's the series ever going to end? I mean its a very good series but it seems like its been dragging on forever and I just want toagive up reading because i feel like im never going to find out who the killer or A is.

I would feel terrible. Your parents, or any loved one for that matter, should love you for you, not who you love.

I would feel like i couldnt be myself...like i wasnt good enough for my mom. And i would be so surprised that she would make me become something i am not. it would be totally unfair and i wouldnt do it. Her parents threatened to send her to her Aunt Helene's and when she went there, they "couldnt handle her" either, so everything ended up working out. And eventually, her parents accepted her. But i just think they should have before.

I think that rebecca is nice but she should just tell her parents to accept her
