Iowa Dance Party

Who doesn't love a good party? We plan to have one on June 8th, when Wanted finally arrives AND the Pretty Little Liars television show premieres. The Pretty Little Liars like to party too. And they're not alone! During her time in Iowa, Emily discovers that even her seemingly clueless cousins know how to throw a not-to-be-missed rager .

We had a hard time finding songs about Iowa that made us want to dance. Slipknot's "Iowa" is long and scary, and Dar Williams "Iowa" is sweet and folky. Now it's your turn to add to the mix for Emily's heartland relatives. What do you suggest to get their party started?

OH MY GOD I LOVE KATY PERRY! and love her song california gurls :):):) anyway , i think Lady Antibellem (can't spell that) need you now because it's really country and cute :) hmm that's really all I can think of for an Iowa parrrrrtyyy :)

Umm, I'd say "Cowboy Casanova" by Carrie Underwood, "Summer Nights" by Rascal Flatts, "American Saturday Night" by Brad Paisley. Haha I'm trying ot think of songs that are kind of country and kind of not. "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum, for a slower song.

Lynard Skynard's Sweet Home Alabama...it isnt Alabama, but you can enjoy that song anywhere..it can get a party going. Or Homecoming by Hey Monday...its just upbeat and get stuck in my head.
