BMW – Busted, Marred, and Wrecked

At the end of the first Pretty Little Liars book, and in the TV show episode, "The Jenna Thing," Hanna steals her boyfriend Sean's dad's BMW and ends up crashing it.


It's a pretty intense move - inspired by the fact that she threw herself at him and he flat out rejected her. Ouch!


Can you relate to how Hanna reacted? What would you have done?

Totally. I mean, more then once, I have asked a guy if he wanted to go the movies, just as friends and he rejected me flat out and it hurt. Yet I would not have crashed their cars. That is so over doing it.

idk what i would have done... but i dont think i would have crashed the guys car... i probably would have flirted with another guy!

i wouldn't have stolen his car, since i would have to pay to get it fixed if i got into an accident like Hanna.

Um.. I think i would be pretty upset but i WOULD NOT crash his car.. he is going to find out. Can't wait until he does!!!

I do not relate to Hanna in this situation. She overreacted and should not have stolen her boyfriend's car. She should have just spoke to him first... its not like they were in a fight.

i totally like understand that she was mad like that buuttt like she cold want to...and like almost do it but too achually do it is crazy..kinda like hanna

i thank hanna is being really stupid i mean i would get mad but i wouldn't wreak his car that just cool but i could see hanna doing something that cool................

umm first off i wouldnt wanna do that with him lol. so i wouldnt get rejected. i definatley wouldnt do that though, but if you read the books you know that she doesnt care she did that to his car. so yeah. lol

Well if I'm rejected....so?....i'm not saying i would "do it" at that age, probably till marriage and a more classier place, but i wouldn't care. Hanna said any guy would love to be with her.....just get another guy!

I can't relate to Hanna. If I was in the situation, I defitnely would have reacted differently. I would never would have crashed the car or even taken the car. I would have just had fun and forgot all about Sean.

i think that if he tried to force her into doing something, crashing the car would be okay, but not when he wants to wait for marriage or something, hanna is a b(r)itch

I would be hurt if a boy rejected me like that... but I definitely wouldn't crashb is car. That is WAY overdoing it!

Awe cmon guys she was popular and she WANTED to be more HEARTLESS... he rejected her and she realized that she's not PERFECT and that she's a PRETTY LITTLE LIAR. lol now 4 the real thing-- i am totally agreeeing with yhall i'd be mad but NOT THAT MAD.

i thinking throwing herself at him was a bit much . especially in the book . he was in V club for obvious reasons . i think if she really cared about him she would have respected him enough not to throw herself at him . i really enjoy sean in the book . and i feel bad for what aria did to him after he took her in and all . !!

i wouldn't have wreaked his car but i understand bein hurt like that. and i loooovvveeee the show even though i read the books. it just twists things around but keeps it the same so ur always left wondering....
