A's Outbox

As the Pretty Little Liars sit on Hanna's back porch in the beginning of Perfect, talking to Officer Wilden, their cellphones all ring simultaneously. Even after weeks of no contact from A, we all know what that means.


"You really thought I was gone? Puh-lease. I've been watching you this whole time. In fact, I might be watching you right now. And girls – if you tell ANYONE about me, you'll be sorry. –A" ~Perfect, p. 70


It's clear that A will act on threats. It's happened before! If you were in the Pretty Little Liars place, would you do as you were texted? Or would you fight back by telling someone about A?

Lol nice reply. I would proably text back and if i dont find out who they are, just ignore it, but if threats come im taking all my friends to the police with me

I would tell someone in my home, probably in a room without windows. Then, A would have no idea that the police were after her. So there.

these books r amazing thre like the clique books and there making it into a series it looks like a good show.

Um , to be honest , I don't think I would respond. Whoever -A is has done some pretty horrible things to the girls when they didn't do as -A said. I really wouldn't want my life to be ruined just because I was trying to act tough. Honestly , when i see people get into fights and then one person confronts the other and is like "oh she thinks shes tough" or "ooh get at me" I think it's sooo stupiiid! So by responding and thinking "oh i'm tough , and -A won't do anything" HA! think again , -A will do something , -A's not just trying to act tough. Also i'm being to think Ali is dead. I mean look at it. How is Sara going to be able to rap up the books if Ali is alive? Would the police just take her to jail? I just don't think she is anymore. I think it would be so great if she was but .. I don't know , it's prob gonna turn out to like Melissa or something :(

If I were them, I wouldnt fight back, i would just give A what she wanted and try to move on. But if it never ended, I would tell someone I could trust and make sure i am not being watched.

I would freak out! I dont think i would do anything either because if you did, -A would only make things worse. But ya, if i figured out for sure that someone was watching me then i would tell someone. Btw, i just finished Perfect last night! It was so good but i wish i knew everything about who and why the person hit Hanna.

i love these books so much. and if i were them i would reply with creepy messages just the same, and see how this person likes it but then tell if it started to get really bad

Um thats a tough one but i would probably txt back, just for the thrill. But after seeing what happened to Hanna in the 4th book!Probably not

it depends on the secret..if it were something really, really juicy then yes id do as told..if its something as inncoent as aria's secret or spencer's then i would probably fight back!

i would do as the text says...i dont know what A is capable of!! anything really...even murder. but, i would try to look for hints and clues as to who A was secretly (like in my head)..
