My Crush Encounter Disaster!

This week I met a Very Big Movie Star who shall go un-named (think: atop the A-List). Zoey and I were in St. Tropez and she invited me to a yacht party. Apparently it was a mistake.

This is so frustrating, because I meet stars all the time through ZD and I’m generally fine around them. As long as those famous people are not super hot boys I’ve been crushing on for OVER 13 MONTHS. (Zoey says she’s never bringing me to a yacht party again. I hope she’s kidding!)

In order to make this experience with Mr. Very Big Movie Star not a TOTAL FAILURE, I’ve decided to chalk it up to a learning experience. (Didn’t I just blog about what to do if you meet your star crush? I should take my own advice). Please—do as I say, not as I do.

When You Meet a Movie Star at a Yacht Party DO NOT:

  1. Laugh loudly at his jokes…when you’re eavesdropping over his shoulder!!!

  2. Tell him you’ve had a crush on him, as you introduce yourself

  3. Let him know that your favorite movie of his was the one that failed at the box office. Use the words “too bad it failed at the box office” when you let him know.

  4. Ask him why he dated Hot Starlet Who Shall Also Go Unnamed…right before you find out they are STILL dating.

  5. Pretend you need dessert because you’re mortified at the way the conversation is going (actually, that’s probably more of a DO than a DON’T!!!!)
Am I the only person embarrassing myself these days? What have you all been up to? TELL ME YOUR STORIES!!! I am loving all your posts.

Comments:

Well I just wrote alot then it said it was spam-odd. So to make this shorter I have never embarrassed myself in front of guys I act as myself, I will say I am not a super duper classy person so yea. I think burping is weird my sister thinks its disgusting-my sister is the classy one shes 18. But I act as myself and if i met an A-List celeb then YEAH!! but I am good at bringing up topics/conversations-I also have no problem talking with an adult. I sit with the guys at lunch and some of my other friends-guys are easy to get along with, although they can be pervs. Sorry what happened to you put it behind, if you can...I can but thats me.Ciao.Amber.

Haha! That's funny. I mean. Aw, sorry that happened. :D Anyway, I'm new here(not exactly, I've been browsing this site every now and then but haven't posted because I haven't read the book yet then). I've just finished reading TALENT last nigh(? it was 4:30 something A.M.). I was bummed because I finished the book already. Can you tell Zoey to please finished the next sequel fast? I'm so excited. Oh, yeah, I'm also bummed because I can't enter the contest. THE DEADLINE'S TO EARLY!! And I don't know if anyone's going to vote for me. Can you/they PLEASE make another contest like that for the next book? PLEASE! I just LOVE the prizes. Okay, maybe not quite the Grand prize because I'm not a socialize person(I'm so shy I can't even make eye contact!). So. Please, please, please. Puuh-leeaase?? (That was long so I'll stop now. But. PLEASE???)

Hi Ladies! I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the lovely comments and for all your support on TALENT. Zoey is so happy to hear it! She is working on Book 3 as I write to you. Stay tuned for Book 2 in November. Big Hugs, Kerry

OH. MY. GOSH. *falls back on chair* She's workong on BOOK 3?! And BOOK 2 IS COMING ON NOVEMBER?!? Gah. Anticipation is killing me. Oh, I forgot to say on my earlier comment on top that I just LOVE the cover of Talent. The models were ADORABLE. How old are they? They don't quite look 12-13. Mac was cute on that picture at the back where she puffed her cheecks. Can't wait for book 2.
