The “It” Factor

Here’s the thing about Hollywood: everyone is trying to be someone they’re not. (Exhibit A: Kim Kardashian.) Every waitress wants to be on TV, every reality show star wants to be a famous actress, and every actress wants her own clothing line. You get the idea.

So what makes some people stand out while others just seem to make a lot of background noise? That’s where “IT” comes into play. IT, (all caps), is what makes people want to be around you. (It’s different from just “getting attention” which pretty much any crazy girl with a camera can get.) IT is what Emily has in spades in Zoey Dean's TALENT. IT can be quiet, IT can be loud. IT can be hot, IT can be not. IT can be anything.

I'm really good at acting and singing and I met an agent I have to make an appointment to see her but I'm really nervous what are they going to ask me when i go in and can you give me any advice on what to do when I go in.

I have "IT"...I have always had..."IT" everyone says so!! Im an ah-mzing actress and I definatly LOVE to sing!!!I have always wanted to audition for a movie or a television sit-com or something and I think that if I try hard enough then who knows maybe I will be the next Blake Lively!! Who brings me to my next hollywood "IT" girl....Blake!! She is stunningly beautiful and a very talanted girl...I would definatley love to be bff's with such an ah-mazing person!!I mean she is on gossip girl....which was the number one hit show in its first season...and the sisterhood of the tarveing pants!!! she really is an insparation and if I could be like any actor or actress I would most definately choose Blake Lively in an instant heartbeat!!

I love singing...I love acting too but I love singing more.I definitely have IT! Everyone tells me I have IT. And lets not disagree with the people!!!:P I definitely think i could make it to the big time and be at the top of the charts if only someone would give me the chance...

demi lovato isnt new to the industry. shes been in it since she was a child on barney with selena. if you really want a good start, you need training. not school training, professional training. then go from there

it. . . look it up in the dictionary & see my gorgeous face. BTW - due to a new skin expierament Aveda works btr Pro Active. I switched immediatly & it worked miricales ! no more using concealer for me!! is that nawt the bomb! pass the news

I think actress is correct... I mean you can't just start acting without training for it, It would be like singing without warming up

i think i have what it takes to make it in hollywood. ive done multiple shows, have so much training, and have experience. i met a broadway actor and he told me i had the "it" factor. he said anyone who saw me on a commercial would want to buy the product right away. he said i have the likeability and the cuteness. you will be seeing my face all over the country and i will be known from coast to coast very soon =]

My favorite celeb "It" girl is taylor swift. she wasn't famous a few years ago and now everyone knows her name! she's an ah-mazing singer and hollywood's good girl. she deff has "It" xo kristen
