Friend Spam

I’ve noticed a trend among my friends that I call friend spamming. That is, you agree to go to say, La Conversation for brunch with your friend and she brings a random girl—without warning you. So all of a sudden there’s this person there who you don’t want to talk to. Annoying but harmless...just like spam. I say no thanks!

What about you? What do you consider Friend Spam?

Have a close friend go up to the guy you like and have her say that she thinks you and him make a cute couple, you could also hook your arm through yours when you guys are walking and make like a cookie for valentines day or some sort of sweet!

i hate making the first move! but you can make it easy for him to make the first move. if you talk about a place you like, you can casually say "we should go there sometime" -- also as boys as with girls, being friendly/nice generally makes it easy for people to want to talk to you! these are my thoughts on a sunday evening!

hi i think friend spam is when you always invite your friend somwhere you go or if your mom or dad says you can do something and then you find out your friend does stuff with other friends and doesnt invite you thats wat i think friend spam is

friend spam is when you make plans and your friend brings someone else along with her, or you find out she cancelled to hang out with someone else that you don't like, or who isn't your friend anymore

Friend spamming: that is DEF-DEF (my word for definitley) a new one. Sounds interesting, but i think friend spamming could possibly be when you simply hang out with someone you cannot stand... friends spamming, i think i'll start using that one. talent is great! i am reading it as a type! keep wrting!

Thanks, Kerry! That is really kewl that someone is going to use my word! That is my dream! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew when the next TALENT is coming out? I am SO hooked on these books, and just finished TALENT this morning. I am going to the library right now to get ALMOST FAMOUS! I am so excited, and I know that I will be done by the end of tomorrow, and I cannot wait another SECOND for the next TALENT book! So, does anyone know when it is coming out? Or where it is on the site that I can find out? Thanks!

Friend spam? Actually never happened to me (my friends know me better than that, and I don't really invite my frenemies for fro-yo or any other type of face-to-face...) Plus my mom is super-over-protective, which = no friend's friends allowed in house!

i agree, friend spam is so ahnnoying but i guess when it happens you just have 2 deal w/it. also, i hate when my friend is friends w/a total creep who is my enemy and talks 2 her and hangs out w/her when i'm there. i'm like, hello, you know i hate that freak and i exist too. but whatevs, at least i know that she (the enemy creep, not my friend) is awful.
