Don't be too friendly

Girls, if you want to stay on top of your game, don’t be too, too friendly. Here's why: being super-nice to everyone gets you on the B-list. As in Boring! (Please note: I’m not saying to be rude—that’s just lame.) My advice is to be polite to all, but when non-BFFs approach, say hi and smile, but don't feel like you have to hang out and strike up a conversation with peeps you don't know! This will cut down on moments of uncomfortable silence, and make you seem more mysterious. Bonus points: you’ll be that girl who always says the most interesting things. Because when you talk less people will actually listen more.

What do you think? Can you ever be too friendly?

I love the tip this week, i mean, im usually the "Nice Person" who talks to everyone and its starting to get annoying because i feel like im sinking lower on the social latter. So Thanks for the tip!

that's so true i know this girl whos always freakishly friendly and every1s getting really annoyed, like if u look at her randomly she'll do this-SO FAKE-smile. i hate when ppl do that u know? like smile or laugh when u can tell its sooooooo fake!!! shes really getting on my nerves, gawd

WOW these books are like my life!! actually they are HAHA! they are so good!! i've never met a more talented woman than Zoey Dean as in ZOEY DEAN'S TALENT!!! HA!!!! these books are the best EVA! i didnt even know there was a site till now which as u may have guessed I'll be on here 24/7 ROCK ON WITH THOSE WICKED NOVELS ZOEY!!!!! and mac, emah! im soooo jealous overzealously hahahaha!!!

OMG whys no1 ever on here?? the clique is like way more popular but these books arent bad or anything...not as good as the clique but seriously no1 is ever on like EVER

yeah I agree with that. It's like if you're too nice then people start getting creeped out like "whoa, stand back, chica." I've also been told that being TOO nice makes you seem like a stalker or something. stick to mysterious niceness, girls!

i think talent books are 110% better than the cluque. with the clique, every one is great execpt for the leader massie. alica is so pretty, claire is nice, dylan is awsome, and kristen is sporty. massie...just mean! But with the talent books its better. coco mac becks and emily are sooooooooo pretty. i wish i could be them (who dosent!) gtg bye (:

There is a girl at my school and when she wants you to come over and you say u cant she will bother you about it and then be like well my mom can pick you up and it is soo annoying.

Duh. Someone @ my school- Parkview- is waaaaay 2 nice! They r acting all stupid and dumb, @ the same time friendly and like a loser. I h8 it when she does that, cuz u don't know if she's pretending or not!!!

They think they're all cool cuz they have boyfriends, and they always have 2 rub it in my face, losers. I just made some new friends 2 keep me busy, not thinking about my mean friends.
