Kate, the ending of the chapter is killing me! I can't wait. you are the most amazing author. these are the best books ever and I can't wait to see the books being acted out on the webseries. I trust Kate and the judges to make the best decision they can! And, if she says that Sanna is amazing as Kiran, I think that we should just accept it! I did like Nicole an awful lot, but Sanna was great too! Congrats! The series starts on the 11th I think! :):) I can't wait for the series and the new book!

I agree with Alex. I was leaning more to the nicole side, but than again i wasn't a judge! So I am sure they made a good choice. We only saw like 6 minute episodes of both sanna and nicole, maybe they saw more potential in her or something

There's 20 episodes. It plays 3 times a week. And each episode is 4-6 minutes long.

some of you guys are being really mean. its one thing to not want someone to get a part but its another thing to just straight insult them on their looks, how u feel if someone went on the internet on a website that over a thousand people look on and said looking at u was like looking a dead animal. if that happened to me i know for sure that i wouldnt be ok with it.

She is just someone from one of the book covers. And honestly guys, I don't think the cover models are supposed to be anyone in particular. If they were it would probably always be the same girls. Or atleast one of them would be the same. O and SHUT UP Morgan! And everyone else that is being mean about Sanna! Just because you don't like her for the part doesn't mean you should trash her. It is NOT going to make Nicole Kiran. I highly doubt any of you are beauty queens. No offense.(Not saying your ugly!)

I agree with Justine! So what if you don't like Sanna? She was choosen because she HAS what ot takes to be Kiran Hayes. Nicole was good, but not good enough. I'm disapointed she didn't win... but Sanna deserves the part. BESIDES! If you have so such to say why didn't you audition?

I totally agree with everyone that is telling people to stop trashing Sanna! Let's just wait and see how things go with the show. I mean, I'm not her biggest fan but I really hate how mean some of you guys are being! I am very happy that the show is going to be here soon and Sanna is going to do her best and we should appreciate that! Please, let's just be civil at least. I'm so exicted about the show, but is it really only going to be as long as the Casting Calls? Because those were wayyy to short! I love them! I just looked at the picture of the girl in the pink shirt the "Can you trust her?" and to me, i think that she was intended to be Amberly..maybe does anyone agree with me?? But I also agree that the models on the cover aren't specifically intended to be anyone in particular. But who knows? Maybe they are! Are the books with the covers of the cast coming out soon?

Kate, I finished Last Christmas in an hour and a half last night. It was SO good. I kind of have a little bit of sympathy for Ariana now..but she is still a deranged phsyco-path. The book made me really miss Thomas. Thanks for telling us at least you weren't going to post the next chapter. It calmed me down a little from all the excitment. It is rainy here today, so I think I'm going to curel up and start re-reading the series:). Can't wait fr september! I<3Private.

OMG I feel the same way about the cast I just wish that they could like make noelle a brunette and so far, since i havent seen her act as taylor, I don't like her that much but ... oh well. i think its only because she doesnt fit the desciption right now but i havent seen her act the part yet soo I will probably be totally wrong! Taylor was described as like the all american girl blond hair blue eyes but I trust the directors and writers. I LOVE WHO THEY PICKED FOR THOMAS!!!!!! He;s absolutely perfect and sooo sexy! Hehe! And I like Ariana now that I've seen her act! I think that they have a great cast for the most part! I can't wait to see Dash and the rest of them! I wanna hear more ppls opinions!

Honestly i'm happy for sanna. i really didnt care who won because i liked them both. Agreed, Cali. Morgan, that's really mean what you said about Sanna. I'm genuinely happy for her. cc: i erad on wikipedia that she is supposed to be taylor. she looks more like kiran but watevs! kate brian said that on the 1st 4 books that the 1 with short dark hair is supposed to be noelle, the blond 1 is ariana, and the other 1 reed or kiran i cant remember. if you type in private or private books in wikipedia and read it all u shud b able to find out!

hey if wondering about reed's hair, i think they did die it a darker color. i watched the extra videos for a second time, and i didn't realize the first time (too busy listening to brant and chord :) but kelsey's hair looked more brown and it wasn't as bright as it was in the casting call! and some of the pictures they have for the books with the cast, her hair looks different too. i'm glad they changed her hair so it would be more like reed's...kelsey looks just as good as a brunette!

I am glad it isn't on tv! That would have a BIG potential of ruining the books for me. When I heard it was going to be a show I got really nervous! I am happy with the webshow because then people that don't read the books can't be like wow this is a great series without reading the book. The show can't do the books justice! I would hate for people to like the series without reading the books and think they know everything about it.

Erin I wouldn't trust Wikipedia. Anyone can put things up on there. I don't think the cover models are supposed to be anyone in particular. Which would mean the girls in the "evidence" pictures aren't supposed to be anyone either. Just my oppinion!

I couldn't believe it when I came on here and saw so many negative comments about Sanna! I'm so excited she won! She really rocked that last challenge. I thought both Nicole and Sanna would have been awesome in the role; I definitely wouldn't have wanted to be one of the judges! It would have been so hard to choose! A big congrats to Sanna. And once again you leave me speechless. Another open ending that I'm just dying to read about! I can't wait until the book comes out. And I think it's Sawyer that is going to save her. I'm not sure why I think that, I just do. I don't even know if he has blond hair (I haven't read the book in a few months). To me it just seems like something he would do for her considering Reed's the only one that made him smile the entire trip down there. I can't wait to find out who it really is though. The character for Noelle should play Ariana. Ariana is the blonde one in the bunch. Besides Taylor, who looks like a complete opposite of the description in the books. The girl chosen to play the part of Ariana does not look "Billings" material at all. This is what sucks so much about creating visuals for characters of books. They barely ever match up. It is so disappointing. The reader loses that perfect imagery they once had of their characters. I know I already am. Good choice for Reed. I am hoping she'll be more dressed down and hopefully more convincing as a scholarship student from Croton, PA. We will see in time, I suppose

Kate- WOW! That chapter was CRAZY awesome, and I don't think I took a breath the entire time I was reading! Ah! Need more! Onto the cast.... I would've picked Nicole over Sanna, but these are professional casting directors, so I will trust them! Noelle...... She has to be brunette. She has to be. Kate I will be so pissed if she is blonde in the series. That isn't right at all. The PRIVATE webisodes are only going to be four to six minutes long! :( Nicole was my favorite over all and she dressed and looked the part, but Sanna's performance for the last challenge was really good.. I thought that the first chapter of Suspicion was amazing! Josh Hollis to the rescue! I think that it was Dylan who pushed Reed into the ocean. It was HIS jetski that went out of control and HIS bird seed from the "poisonous" tree or bush that killed Reed's bird. He would know that his mother's prized plant would be harmful to whoever ate the seeds. There for he gave them to Reed without a problem. His sister and his mother both hate Reed and she is obviously is involved with Upton. The three of them probably planned to get rid of the "new girl" Noelle's necklace was of value so he probably took it off before disposing of Reed expecting to never see her again! I can't wait until September 8th for Suspicion and then March 9th for Scandal!!! I really hope that Reed and Josh get back together!!!!!

Kate, for some reason when I try to watch the Private Casting call videos on this site or on Teen.com TV, it just tells me that the video is not authorized for my location! I watched numbers 4 and 5 on Pretty Little Liars.com and Join The Clique.com but I can't watch the final episode anywhere! omg!I love your books! Thank you so much for putting the first chapter up I practically stop breathing when I found out Reed survives! To me these books are way better then Twilight Saga and I hope you will keep the series going because I love it and adore your books. And i found out who saves Reed it all adds up. Upton! :D

OMG!!!! when does the next book come out!!! i am dying!! was it josh or upton who saved reed??? i kinda doubt it was josh but it would be so cool if he did!!!i dont like upton that much!! so i really want it to be josh because josh in my head is freakin HOT and upton iz cute cause of his british accsent!! haha!! keep writting kate!!! i love ur books!!! <3 a wish to be josh gf, Nadine

I can't wait for September 8th right now!!! I read the first chaper and it was great and i have given a lot of thought to who could have pulled Reed out of the water and the only people possible are Dash, Josh, and Sawyer sinc they all have blond hair and know Reed. But the least likley person is Josh...sadly...but Sawyer seems to make the most sense to save Reed because he is so sweet. Dash is possible too but he was probably paying more attenion to Noelle. Can't wait for September 8th!!!!
