Want to Reminisce with Me?

I have to start by saying, I LOVED your comments about Reed. There have been so many "haters" in her life...but many of you see her detractors as jealous girls who’ll never be Reed’s equal. I like her even more when I see her through your eyes. So...thank you!


Lately, I’ve been feeling nostalgic for PRIVATE moments past, like Reed’s first encounter with Thomas...the first time a spark flew between Reed and Josh...or the moment it became clear that Noelle and Reed were destined to be friends rather than frenemies...


I’m going to spend some time digging up quotes so we can relive little pieces of PRIVATE’s past together. But, tell me, when you reminisce about PRIVATE, which moments do you find yourself thinking back to?

I was feeling this way last night!! I literally read books 1-6. I didnt realize how much I miss Josh. One of my favorite parts that I read last night was in Confessions when Josh is exonerated. He enters the chapel and after the dean makes the announcement, everyone cheers, but Josh is just staring at Reed and he's staring back. Probably one of my favorite scenes! But there are sooo many!! :)

OMG A BLOG. I was not expecting one today! I love you kate <3 <3 <3 I pretty much just love all of the quotes in the book. I mostly love the Noelle quotes. they are just too funny

Oh and Kate, I'm really glad you want to look back on the earlier books in the series, because I've started reading them all over. I actually started Invitation Only today and its so weird to see how things were waaaay back before any of the actual drama happened. It makes me wish I could somehow warn Reed about what was coming.

Me neither! My flashbacks: Reed first meeting Thomas. And most importantly, her first encounter with the Billings Girls. That just MAKES Private. Also, Ariana's attempt to murder Reed, and Reed's very first impression of Upton. Oh, psh, those moments when EVERYTHING was perfect between Rosh, but then it kinda got screwed up?

when i think back i definitley think of when josh came back after being arrested in confessions! well actually any good happy part with josh i look back to. but i hope that after scandal i will be looking back to good parts with saywer cuz he is da best!!!! <3

When i look back, i think of when reed spyed on noelle and the others through her window in bradwell, when noelle walks over in the cafeteria, picks up reeds tray, and puts it down on the biilings table, when reed and josh splatter each other with paint, and when billings go to cheyennes funeral and stick together. i also think back to when reed mistakes sawyer for upton, and when theyre in the hospital and noelle, sawyer, and mr. lange stand up for reed. basically any of your key friendship moments. <3

i love the part where its just reed and josh during thanksgiving and there on the soccer field and they get all tangled and the really kiss! lol every time i think of it, it makes me happy like i was so happy for her. lol i love josh

I loved the romance between Reed and Thomas. They seemed to have chemistry together, when I read Last Christmas in the prologue made me wish that Ariana hadn't killed him. Thomas really seemed to be turning himself around for Reed. I really wished they would have had more time together. Although I love Josh and the other guys being brought into her life. Nothing compares to Thomas. When re-reading the series I always think of what could have been. Kate I love all the teen angst and drama you bring into the books. I am seriously glad I picked up your books 2 years ago and never looked back. xoxo Rachel

best private moment by far is the painting scene with Reed and Josh.... cutest. thing. EVER!!!!!! and then of course the playing soccer scene where Reed and Josh first kiss.... :) :) :) and then a third would be their reunion after Josh is released from jail. TEAM BROLLIS!!!

My favorite moments are when Reed meets Thomas and the Billings girls. Like Julie says, it MAKES Private. All the drama comes after that. Hm, one of my other favorite parts is when they're on the roof at the Legacy and (I'm not gonna be a spoiler for people who haven't read them) so you know what comes next for the people that have. But I cannot wait until the next one comes out! :D

Favourite 'Private' moment is Reed becoming president of Billings and realising how much money and information she has at her fingertips. These books are my guilty pleasure so I love thinking over this moment. Although cannot remember which particular book it is in for the life of me... can anyone help with that?

Oh and... Second favourite moment that springs to mind would be a 'Privilege' moment - or two actually - first, when Ariana is still pretending to be a girl called Emma and is trying on clothes in the department store and wishing she could wear them, because I so often feel like that when I find something nice but can't afford it just yet or at all (like the Marc Jacobs fuschia tote bag on NAP that I couldn't get grrr); and second 'Privilege' moment, is when Ariana is pretending to be Briana or Ana and buys Soomie a new BlackBerry. Love them all.

When Reed and Josh were together. they NEED to get back together I don't like Upton :( When Reed was almost killed by Sabine and Ariana. When Thomas died :( I remember so many things because you make them unforgettable :)

well ? mostly everyone here likes either josh-reed moments OR reed-thomas moments ... but im more of a noelle-dash fan ? noelle's my fav character although they dont have much moments ? (which btw i hope you put more noelle and dash in your next book)and legacy was so sad for me =( the whole dash-reed making out ? poor noelle. but i love how in paradise lost they kinda went back together ?? so yea plz kate put more dash and noelle moments !

I guess my favorite moment is on the train when they come back from the Legacy: Reed and Josh talking and cuddling and Reed having her epiphany about Thomas.

my fav scene is the scene where josh and reed "attacked" each other with paint haha. that's my fav rosh moment too. besides that, i love the scene where reed met thomas and the billings girls. thomas' death. ariana keeping reed near the edge on the billings' roof. the legacy.

I know this may sound weird but by far my favorite quote comes from Private when reed and noelle are at soccer practice when reed steals the ball from noelle and they get tangled up and fall. Then noell says "if you keep doing that we might win a few, but if you do it to me again were gonna have some problems." Not sure if thats exactlyt how it goes but its pretty close and my favorite quote I thought it was so funny.

My favorite part to look back on is the night of Reed's second legacy before they get to the party and Reed almost chooses to turn back with Josh. I like to think about what Reed's life would have been like if she had just chosen to go back with Josh. Would things between Reed and Josh only have gotten better? In that scene i can really tell how much Josh loves Reed. He truly cares about her!

The moment that I always remember is the scene in the hallway by the art room with Reed and Josh, right before he's arrested. I wish that was in the online series. When he hasn't taken his medicine and he gets mad at Reed and pretty much has her cornered against the wall and then the police come. I can't tell you how many times I have just gone to the bookcase gotten out the book and then just reading that section. I's amazing. Plus everytime I think of Josh the song Trainwreck from Demi Lovato gets stuck in my head. The beginning of the song is perfect for Josh.

I def think back to Josh and Reeds first spark, there paint fight and soccer game thingyyy i also think back to their fights and when he broke up wit her. I tend to notice the hints to Ariana and Sabine being the bad ones more and more often each time i read the storiessss....

Alright. My favorite PRIVATE MOMENT. I have ONE. and only one. And it's in the first book where Josh comes to pick Reed up to go out to the party in the woods. And Reed's thought goes something like "Hey Josh, I know you look cute and innocent and all but do you plan on raping me out here and leaving me for dead? Just Wondering." that is my favorite PRIVATE moment and always will be xD Out of all that happened, I remember that part like ALMOST perfectly. ;DD --Rebecca (:

My favorite part in the whole series is when Reed and Josh go to play soccer, and end up falling on top of eachother. The Principle and Detective end up watching them kiss, and i love that part, and i think of it whenever i think about the books.

When I think about private I tend to remember the legacy and how Reed saved Billings. I also think about Ariana and Thomas, they way they impacted her life. But really, when I think about Private right now, I think about all the fun times the Billings girls have fun together i.e. fat phoebe parties, shopping sprees ect. When I thinkg about Private I also remember the sweet times i.e. Thomas giving her the token and Josh telling her that he loves her.

i just read and read again all the books an i love them so badly y just love when reed meet thomas and when reed and josh are in the room of josh with all the paint the part that i love the most is in inner cicle when reed and cheyen (i don´t know how to writed :S)are fighting and reed tell her : remember cheyen i learn from the best!!! i love that part it´s sooo good :D

Favorite private moment is when Inner circle when josh and reed meet up he tackles her and there all cutesy for the whole day its adorable, and i love thomas moments too but there arent enough of them =( i love when she first sees the billings girls through her window at bradwell oh and this is sort of a weird scene to like but i like when she is on the island and she keeps hallucinating about thomas and josh

Whenever i read over the books i flip back through them and only really read the parts where Reed and Josh have moments. I am a huge fan of Reed and Josh and Ivy is so so so so wrong 4 him! please get Reed and Josh back together Reed still misses him and so do I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reed's first Legacy&& When she becomes the president of Billings...that part...it just makes me feel good about Reed. I mean, she's been through a lot and to take it to the top like that....When she goes to the Legacy, I feel as if she is finally be accepted into Billings, as a BILLINGS girl.(:

Reed has come such a long way since she first arrived at Easton Academy. Does anyone else feel like that happened like a million years ago? Soooo many things have happend since that. Its crazy, I'm so proud of our little glass licker for hanging in this long

Ohh wow!! I love ALOT of parts of Private books, but I really loved reading about Josh and Reed and their moments together when Josh was always there for Reed and he was the one to tell her about thomas...wow good memories and many more that were great in the books!!

Ehh. IDK about them getting back together! Im not a Josh hater! I used to be the biggest Josh lover. When they broke up I cried...a lot!!! It's just, they had their time together, and that time is up. Josh has moved on(Or has he?) I'm so PROUD of my Glasslicker. Believe it or not, I look up to her. After all she's been through, she just tells me I can accomplish anything!

The very last part of Confessions, where Noelle convinces Reed to go back to Easton. That part shows how selfless Noell was being, and how she wanted the best for Reed, and making sure her mistakes didn't cost Reed her education and new life at Easton. At that moment, Noelle became one of my absolute favorites. If Noelle never bothered Reed about it, Reed would have never returned to Billings, and never would have gotten back with Josh. And the series would have ended, and luckily that never happend! :)

Well, Rosh only broke up for two months. I wouldn't blame him if he wasn't over Reed just yet. Clearly Reed isn't truly over him, yet. After all, they've been through SO MUCH together. From getting over Thomas, Thanksgiving break, the paint fight, Reed breaking Josh from jail, the Legacy (both times), to Josh checking up on Reed in Revelation (I CRIED SO MUCH AT THAT PART.)

The whole private series is amazing so it's really hard to choose my favorite part.. But if I had to, it would probably be Reed and Uptons whole relationship. I just loved those 2 books, everything Reed went through just to be with Upton. I was also a big fan of Josh, and it'd be cool if Reed and him hooked back up. Honestly, I don't know what I'd do without these books. All of them are just SO good, I read them in like a day I just can't put them down. You definitly cannot stop the series anytime soon !

OMG my favorite noelle moments are after cheyannes death when reed and josh go to new york and she runs into noelle at the resturante ik its weird but idk after noella and them go kicked out i felt lik the books would be missing something without them so i was so glad that noelle got brought back and i love right after reed got elected billings prez and they went back to the house and noelle came out into the hall and was lik "finally i need help unpacking my sh*t" hahaha i love her

Hmmmm!! I always like thinking about when Thomas was still alive because he was so alluring and mysterious yet kind-of a jerk sometimes haha!! I also think about how Ariana got away with soooo much when she was still at Easton (I love her character, even though she is psycho!! Which is why I am glad you made the Privilege series!! haha). And I can't forget when Josh and Reed first met!! You could tell Josh liked her and he was super sweet :)))) Oh and definitely remember when Natasha was still in the series and kinda blackmailed Reed. Haha, and when Noelle had those pics of naked Dash behind her dresser!! I love thinking back in the series, thanks for the reminiscing Kate!!! :D

2 of mine is the first time Reed met Upton..she didn't want to enter the upton game but couldn't resist...and when she is in Sabrine room with Ivy and she finds the picture with Ariana and then she almost gets shot..i love that part, it was a good ending of Revelation and Upton...I miss Josh tho sort of think Josh should be with Reed..but who no's what will happen

oooh. some of my other favorite moments are when Reed and Ivy are trying to figure out who there stalker is, and they have suspicions that its Amberley. haha and Ivy was like "You don't think that that little twit couldve done it." And ofcourse, being a Rawyer fan, I love the entire part where Sawyer and Reed are walking along the beach. so cute <3 oh and when Reed wakes up after Sawyer saves her and he is sitting right by her side. adorable. It kinda makes you wonder why Upton wasnt there...

there is one thing that reminds me of the private novels; noelle and reeds friendship throughout the novels. it seems that even when odds are against the two they always get through it, remain frineds, and their relationship gets stronger! kate please let josh and reed get back together.... its time!!!!

Brina: I agree with you! Why wasn't Upton there when Reed woke up after she fell overboard? Some boyfriend! If Reed had decided to "fling" with Sawyer initially, none of that bad stuff would have happened to her! And if they had "flung" together, they could have become boyfriend/girlfriend when they went to Easton!! Gah...sorry for this rant, but wouldn't that have been so cute if that had happened? Falling in love on an exotic island and becoming a couple in school...

KR I agree, but I think that they already love eachother, they just dont know it yet. I seriously cant wait until Scandal, I'll probably die before it comes out. AND OMG I HAVE A NEW FAVORITE SONG. In my head-Jason Derulo, its pretty sick minded but I just love it. Oh and I also love the part where Sawyer gives her the necklas, she'll keep it forever. It will be a symble of the realation ship that was meant to be. <3

reed at the legacy is my greatest memory she was kind of crazy but it was kind of fun to read until her relationship with josh got ruined i love them!!! theres no other couple besides reed&josh that i want to see, oh and noelle and dash but they are the couples that i like at this point and i like dash when he acts less obediant with noelle and more strong and in control and cool.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Josh fan but I'm kind of secretly rooting for Upton. I mean everyone is judging him because of his past ways. All the Private Fan Fiction I've read had him cheating on her within the first few chapters of Scandal. If he can stay true to Reed, then I wouldn't mind if they stayed together. It would also make Josh insanely jealous....... ;)

OMG my other favorite parts are with sawyer, i wasnt adding in suspicion and paradise lost to my reminiscing. @Brina, i totally agree with you: when sawyer gives her the necklace, when theyre walking on the beach, and when sawyer is at her bedside after he rescues her and shes freaking out cuz she took off the dress when she was in the ocean, and she realizes she was wearing barely anything, haha thats soo fun\ny. sawyer all the way. and when sawyer opens up a little bit to reed about Jen.

Brina: I think you may be right, but it would have been very cute if Reed and Sawyer did fall in love at first sight on the island. Didn't Reed think that Sawyer was Upton at first when she was trying to guess what guy was Upton? I still have mixed feelings about Rawyer, but I think if Upton was never really in the picture in the first place, I would have loved Rawyer to happen immediatly! Right now, I'm still unsure...I think I will like it if they get together , but I want hard evidence to convince me ;)

Ohh and i also love when reed first walks onto the quad in inner circle, and josh tackles and kisses her, and shes like what if someone sees and hes like 'i dont care,' i think thats soo cute! dont get me wrong, i love josh but i think he and reeds time has come and gone and now its time for sawyer and reed. :)and when ree, noelle, and the twin cities go to the hotel and the twin cities set reed up, and she sees noelle and dash at the resturant. :))

@KR yeah, i love that part. when everyone tells reed anbout upton, she sees sawyer, and shes like 'is that him?" and all the girls laugh at her and then point out upton. i love that! i think, since she thought that, she should have gone with sawyer.. :)

oh Jillian that totally reminded me of the part where Reed is on the island and she's dilusional and Thomas was there. It was nice to have him there because that entire time reed was kind of blocking him out.

@Brina, Thomas was kind of a jerk sometimes, but he was a really cute character, and he was her first boyfriend, and she completely blocks him out! im glad kate brought him back into the story in a way and didnt just leave him in the past! <3

haha I agree about him being a jerk, if you read back, he was only actually in the story for like the first book...and he got her to do it with him in the middle of the book and she was only fifteen back them. I think he was too full of himself so I dont really like him, but I hadnt realized how much I missed him until then.

OMG thinking about thomas reminded me of the time when theyre in the woods and thomas yells at reed for using him to get to the billings girls, and he shoves her into the ground in front of all of them, and then noelle gets between him and says 'back off, thomas.' and then taylor and kiran help her up and support her. then reed decided to go back and noelle's like 'wait reed, ill come with you' and then ariana follows. i love how they support her and noelles like 'okay from now on youre staying away from thomas pearson, new-girl mistake.' haha. i just reread it cuz its one of my favorite parts in the first book. :)

I love all the Rosh moments especially the paint one i was about to die because it was soo cute. and I am totally rooting for rawyer right now i think they would be soo adorable together although i still love Rosh. but i was thinking of the cutest moments and it was at the first legacy when they were on the train and reed realized she couldnt be with whit and that was when she told him and then she hung out with Josh for the rest of the night and that was when i first fell in love with Rosh. and one of my favorite quotes i dont remember exactly how it goes but it was like" you scared the sh*t out of me" "eww the mental image" idk remember exactly but it was something like that and i was laughing for like 10 mintues straight.

Yes! A blog! I love it when there's a new one! :) The moments I reminisce about are Reed and Noelle's best friend moments. That sounds kind of lame, but those are times when I feel happy for Reed. Like when Noelle sticks up for her, which she does a lot, but I can tell Reed really appreciates those moments and I'm happy when shes happy :D and of course I love the moments when Reed is with Josh! Like when they were painting in that room Josh always painted in and they had that moment where they were just staring at eachother, I felt like they were realizing they were in love (: and i love the sweet moments with Upton! OMG, i love your books Kate! I was never a book reader, in fact i only ever read when i had to in school. but i was in the book store with my mom about August and i saw Private, and it kinda just popped out at me. So i asked my mom if i could get it and i finished it that day! i just started reading them and was done in about a week or two. so then i stopped and looked for more books like yours and watch the videos on here. and i just started to re-read them today! love your books and can't wait till the last one comes out!!!

Now that I've read Privilege, I also think about Reed's encounters with Ariana and how they would be from Ariana's point of view. I liked reading the end of Last Christmas when Ariana sees Thomas talking to Reed, it was cool going back to Private and seeing what Reed thought, knowing what Ariana was thinking. Even though you wrote it in third person, you can still tell what Ariana's thinking, and its cool getting in her mind. Thanks for that! (:

@megan omg ik what you mean last christmas rly let you understand what was going thru ariana's head during private! i even started to like her and i loved her and thomas together they risked everything for eachother thogh its kinda scary to think about how she technically only went to jail for thomas's murder when in actuallity she killed 2 people in last christmas and the thomas! she was totally wrong to try to kill reed and she is crazy but idk sumtimes when reed disses her im lik but you dnt get it they rly were in love!

When I think back in the Private Series I think of the time when Reed was coming back from the Legacy the first time and she fell asleep of Josh's lap! It was just so perfect since it was before she new Thomas was dead and before everyone tried to kill her. I also remember the time when Reed was looking through the window and she saw the Billings girls in there room and she sees that scar on Noelle's leg. We still don't know what that scar was from! I think it has something to do with the night they stole that thing from Ivy's grandma's house. Maybe something happened and she got cut or something. Idk just a theory!

What if Noelle's scar is from like, lipo or something. You never know, Noelle may not be as perfect as we thought she was. And when you look back at the time when Thomas was there, they didnt really have any specail memories like how Reed had with Josh, and even with Upton, and now Sawyer. The only moments with Thomas were ruined with his full-of-your-self personality. Or it was just depressing like when he hit the tree after getting mad about his parents.

I hve a fav moment for each guy: For thomas, when they are dancing at the school dance and he whispers in hear ear, and then the next day when reeds afraid the kiss might have not meant anything but then thomas walks in kisses her and says "i guess i should start calling u reed for now on" : ) soo classic thomas! For Josh, I love when, at the begining of inner circle i think, Josh tackles reed to the ground after not seeing eacother for the whole summer and they kiss and Josh follows her around kissing he hand saying hes going to try ti kiss every part of her before the end of the week! He is so sweet they NEED to get back together!!!!!

my favs are all those wonderful rosh moments! i also loved it when josh kissed reed on the soccer field and they got caught, when reed fell asleep on josh's lap and when he tried to talk to her at the end of revelation. idt rawyer will come about as they're better off as good friends or siblings. haha. and i don't think upton has changed for reed. remember thomas? he was kinda like that too.

OMGosh there is so many amazing moments in these books! its hard to choose my favorites! I have two of my friends starting on the series and they are already hooked after the first book...they cant get enough! I love the parts with Reed and Josh i think that they are so cute together and they are ment to be! I love any Noelle moment because she tells it like it is and they are really funny! ahh i could go on and on about these books! i can't wait for the next one im dying to read it! When I reminisce about Private I immediately think of every special moment that Josh and Reed had spent together. Kate u r a fantastic author and I love your books a lot! But when it comes to Josh now dating Ivy I can't help but think about all the things that they don't have in common. Reed and Josh belong together. Another of my favorites was when Constance came up to support Reed after Thomas's death...she cared more about Reed's feelings than the fight they had earlier about Whit...I think this was in Untouchable, but it showed how caring Constance was toward's Reed.

I love the part at the end of the suspicion when sawyer gets out of the limo with his brother during his first day at easton. I think its so cute when reed and sawyer see each other and he smiles and waves at reed and she happily responds. It was also cute when josh looked at reed at sawyer and the way his facial expression was described you can tell he is thinking "what going on here!" Josh is still in love with reed but he is obligated to ivy. At first I hated Ivy but now that reed and her are friends I love her.

Wow, there are lot of comments! Even from people I never even seen on the blog before! I flashback to Reed's first encounter with Noelle. Remember her hazing, glass-licker days? I know I do. 1 of my favorite parts would have to be during Cheyenne's winter party. Right after Reed & Josh fought, Reed went upstairs to meet with the BG's. Reed kind of just forgot about the fight and bonded with the girls, having normal best friend times. Then, after, things got intense with the revelation of what the BG's did to Thomas, which I miss VERY much. We didn't get enough of him.

Thomas was a player & a bad boy, but I think I fell for him. I thought he was really changing for Reed (Last Christmas), but we never know. He DID seem like that with Ariana too. He was always cockyyy and whatever, but I liked that he always knew what he was doing. "LIAR" was definitely the best chapter in PRIVATE - when Rhomas first kissed. Oh, and Reed telling Thomas and ONLY Thomas about her family back home. About her mother. They really bonded over that. Oh yeah, and when Thomas opened up to Reed and apologized for that night in the woods when he was drinkin and "pushed" Reed on the ground. I can't believe he cried when he came to visit Reed!

I really started to feel bad for Ariana when I read Last Christmas because it tells you about her mom and a lot of her past and you see she truly did love Thomas! It's crazy! That book doesn't slow down at all! Its super exciting! Its probably the most exciting of them all to me. Actually they're all pretty equally exciting, but that one just really stands out in my mind :) mainly because I really love prequels, getting into the character's pasts is really interesting.

Which just shows how much of a (black listed word) Josh is. He flips at reed, doesnt believe her, hooks up with someone she hates, then he saves her life and its like "what happened to you hating her" then he stays with Ivy, and then gets jeleous because Reed shows interest in a guy who is probably better looking then him :) Like just wow, He deffinetly getting me mad. I don't think Josh was really flirting with Cheyenne on purpose, but who knows. We all know Cheyenne was doing it on purpose, and there were a few times he blew her off to be with Reed. And maybe he didn't call Reed because he wouldn't know what to say, saying he still loves Reed, but maybe he's unsure of how he feels about her. The part where he found Reed and Dash about to "do it" probably tore his heart to pieces. True, he shouldn't have moved on so fast with Ivy, but you really can't blame him. There are still so many questions that need to be answered in Private...

And if you read the parts where he was flirting, its kind of hard not to mad about it. And theres no way you can deny that it was flirting

Okay, first, Welcome back Kate! Second, my absolute FAVOURIT Private moment, well chapter really, is in Untouchable, it's when Reed and Josh play soccer, have their first "real" kiss, as Josh would say. My other favourite is also in Untouchable, when they are painting in Josh's room, when Reed is feeling depressed. I miss those Josh/Reed moments. I hope there will be more soon!

Sometimes when I re-read those parts where Josh and Cheyenne were "flirting," I sort of believe it too. But I honestly don't think that was Josh's intentions. I think he's the type of guy who is oblivious to his girlfriend's feelings when another of his friends is getting to cozy on him. He and Cheyenne were friends, weren't they? I know they knew each other and all, but I'm not sure...

Looking back at the relationship Reed and Josh had makes me really sad to know they are no longer together. They seem perfect. Also, the fact that she didn't get reallllly intimate with him but truly loved him shows you the true value of their relationship. With Thomas it was more love-lust not actual love.

I feel like we're reading way to much into this "hipbone scar" thing. But hey, it's PRIVATE, something unpredictable's bound to happen. Orrr, we can just say Noelle fell during soccer, or some girl kicked her during a game or something. Maybe Kate forgot about it because it's not that important, but she damn sure hasn't mentioned it since PRIVATE. I think reed and sawyer will become really close friends, or even a couple, then josh gets really jealous and breaks up with ivy and rosh get back together! Haha. Yeah, I'm dying to find out why noelle has the scar above her hip bone too, but most of all, I want rees and josh to get back together so badly!!!

my favorite sean in all of the book would DEFNINITALLY be over thanksgiving break when josh and reed are playiong soccer and josh makes them both fall and sayd i did that on porpuse and the they kiss :)

i love josh and reed togthere,, so for scandals please let there be lot of rosh. my fav sean was when reed and josh were throughing paint at each other and reed kept thinking, Josh just kiss me already, aww it was soo cute oh and my other one was the soccer field to when the first "real" kiss happend, i've got all the private novel books lined up from book nom.1 to suspisions, and im going through for a fav quote but i can't deside i love em all!!! =) <3

Rebecca - Your theory is good, but it's extremely cliche. Upton cheating on Reed? He changed. I can assure you he will surprise us and stay with Reed in the long-run. They also can't share Reed's room because it's too small and it's a single. Reed & Ivy are already friends, and Reed has pretty much gotten over Ivy and Josh. She told herself she wouldn't whine and pine over him, remember? I also think Reed is too sensitive to USE Sawyer to get Billings back. Hell, they can't get it back in like two days because IT'S DOWN.

(CONT)Also, I think I would lose respect for Reed if she and Upton ended and she just got with Sawyer after that. That's really low. She would have no reason to dump Upton (unless things happen), but she obviously won't break up with him for no damn reason. It would be confusing. Like, "Hey, I can't do this long-distance thing." Next thing you know, she's with Sawyer? That's so dumb.

I think it's too hard to choose jsut one memory! btu I am a huge fan of Josh and Reed. And I remember on the way home from Reed's first Legacy josh and her cuddled up on the train! which i thought was so sweet! and i rly ope josh and reed get together! also one of my favorite memories was after cheyenne was foudn dead reed went outside and josh just held her there! like a sweet boy! your books are amazing!! i can't wait for more!

I have a few favourite Private moments. When the Billings girls show true friendship to Reed after the woods incident in Private. When Josh is so strong, even during a fight, in Legacy. When Noelle forgives Reed. Those moments she thought about Josh in Paradise Lost and Suspicion. When she's rescued in Suspicion.

kate, im not sure if u'll really read this,but first off i want 2 tell u tht ur an amazing author. i really look up 2 u. my comment is not really about "moments" in the book its about it in general. when i read the books i feel as if im living it, and it tares me apart when reed moves on 2 other boys. dont get me wrong, i LOVE sawyer....its just.....like it took me 4ever 2 grasp the fact that reed lost thomas and then went 2 josh.....and then when i started loving josh.....upton happened (eww)......and now sawyer. i think that one thing should stay stable in reeds life when almost all else is gone. josh and reed need 2 talk about everything tht happened and josh needs 2 forgive reed because just like josh, reed as well got DRUGGED. i want 2 see a happy ending or something good 2 happen between josh and reed. josh was the most important person in reed's life at one point and they shared 2 much 2 just let it all go 2 waste. thank you kate, xoxo- deena

For some reason, the moment that I always think about is when Reed is leaving Easton at the end of Book 4 and Josh is trying to say that he loves her but she won't let him and then she leaves and he looks all crushed and stuff. It's just so sad! The first time I read that part, my iPod just happened to switch over to this song "I belong to You" by Superchic(k) which is super duper sad. It really helped the moment stick and I literally started crying! You should all check out that song on Youtube! It's amazing!

I love the part from book 1 when thomas came to reed to say sory about wat he did to her in the woods.I just can't shake the tthought of how helpless thomas would have felt. The momnt I read about josh's feelings for reed and hers for him i thought good for her josh is a really nice guy and they both deserve eachother.I've read till AMBITION and hope that josh and reed would get together again. And kate if you read this i just wanna tell u tht im writing to you all the way from pakistan and u have inspired me and you are a truly amazing author.You deserve a standing ovation,infact muchh more than that. Please continue writing the novel.

I wanted to know, because Thomas knew Ariana was a crazed killer. Did he for a secound think that he was putting Reed's life in danger? Or his own life? Is that why he got drunk so much? To hide the fear?

I have many 'favorite' moments but here are the best ! 1). When Reed is finally invited into the Billings Club. It was just nice because she worked so hard to get there. 2). Her very first Legacy although she had to go with Walt, it showerd just how far she had come. Because that was the party anybody and everybody wanted to be at. 3).When Reed wanted to prove Josh's innocence- just the fact that she cared enough to hunt down his brother showed her affection then. 4).The time everyone else went home for the holidays but Reed and Josh were still on campus . It was the beginning of their Chemistry ! 5).When Josh and Reed broke up and the Billings Girls wanted to cheer her up. 6).When Reed was voted President of Billings. 7).At the end of Revelation when Reed finally figured out who was behind everything and Josh was tried to save her =]

I love Noelle, she's truly a very original character. It's interesting to see that underneath the top layer of blunt comments and confidence, she actually cares for her loved ones and will do anything for them. In Revelation, towards the end, you could see that Noelle really did kind of want Reed back in Billings, like she truly wishes that this hadn't happened with her best friend. And btw, JOSH IS AMAZING. :) I just love him, for multiple reasons.
