Go GREEN to Be Part of the Show!

Don’t be GREEN with envy that the 3 finalists are headed to Hollywood! But DO go GREEN with PRIVATE and Win!

All you’ve got to do is submit a small, green idea to help the environment, and you and your idea could be named in episode 3 of the reality show!

So, all of you green gods and goddesses out there, do you carry an organic tote instead of using paper bags? Carpool with your BBFs to save gas? Enter your idea today for a chance to win!

Hey Kate. During the summer, my friends and I go and run around town and pick up trash then bring it to the recycling center. Another thing I like to do is take Capri Sun juice bags and drink them, then put them together into a bag. It's really cute!

Hey! I love ur series. Anyway, my friends and I carpool all the time on our way to swimming meets and the movies. We also make purses, etc., out of scrap material! Hope these ideas helped ya!! ~Elyssa

Hello, Mrs.Brian. First off, I must say I love the private series. You're a fantastic writer. Alright, so, the other day, I was re-reading the private series (again) and I happened to come across an idea. I was thinking that if you wrote Private in Thomas's perspective, many of your fans would be made extremely happy (I must admit that I would be one of them). I would love to read that story and finally figure out what was going on in this guy's head. Of course,you don't have to take this seriously. It was just I thought. Although, I do hope that you do consider it. Again, the Private and Privilege series are fantastic. Keep us guessing. Thanks, Gabriella

Hey Kate!! I'm a dancer, and when we get our costumes, they come in a big plastic clothes bag that's about 6ft tall. My way to help the enviroment is to take recycle the extra bags and only keep one for myself. Then on performance days I just put all my costumes and shoes into that one bag. I know it's a small thing to do, but using just one bag saves a lot of space, time, and it's less I have to carry. Not to mention how much plasti9c just one bag uses! To recycle the extra bags might be a big help somewhere out there! :)

Gabriella I agree with you :) But I have to say , I would love to see it form my favorite character noelle's point of view as well. She is so complex and hard to read, and she seems so sure of everything, lol I would love to see what goes thorugh that head of hers. lol For example, in the end of confessions *SPOILER ALERT* when she is like to Ariana "I kew it all along." I would love to see in a book how her suspisions grew by Ariana's subtle actions. Also Kate Brian you are a true inspiration to me (I am a journalism major in college and I love to write novels), so please keep up the great work! Also me and my friends recycle all the time. :) P.S. I am the founder of two Facebook groups "The proud, the graceful, the wise, the Legendary: Noelle Lange? " and "The Legendary Billings Girls (Noelle, Ariana, Kiran, and Taylor) fan club? " and i just wanted to say we all love you and the Private series! :) <3

k.so about that thomas idea: i loved the boy but hes dead.. i dont really wanna back-track and fall in love with him again ahah. and i just read beautiful disaster. LOVE it. at first i wasnt digging the whole ariana thing but now im completely rooting for her. she should have left kaitlynn in JAIL. ugggghhhh. whatever. im waiting for suspicion and whatev the next privilage book is. -cant waiiiit- <3 &GO GREEN! Hey. i totally agree with all the girls above (about you writing Private in Thomas' persepective) Anyways when ever i print something out on my computer, i always get extra paper thats barely used, if at all. so with that paper that has adversitment or whatever, i flip it the back and use it for the next time i print something. yes, it is a very, very small green idea, but who knows how many trees it'll save if everyone does it!

Hey Kate!! I love the series sooo much!! Please keep writing! Ok my Green Idea- whenever I go shopping (grocery or clothes) I bring with me this uber cute bag and when its time to check out i just ask if instead of using their bags, i use my own. I've done this numerous times and I have never had anyone decline. The best part is that I made the bag with my friends! You can make stylish bags out of anything! (mine, old jeans!) I hope you like my idea!Thanks!

to go green, a lot of people are just recycling and carpooling. you can also walk, bike or run which is also a great source of exercise (which i know most of us need). i think a book in Thomas's perspective would be great, but i think after Paradise Lost, that you should write one in Josh's perspective too. He is in the center of this "love triangle" as well. Just a suggestion, lovethe series, thanks!

WHo cares about Thomas i want NOelles point of view. i mean Thomas is dead, who wants to back in the past.Of course it would be cool but i don't think i would like it Thomas was a jerk and NOelle is soooo much better then Thomas. i know i'm rambling but whatevs. BTW's i am not insane i just have a strong dislike towards thomas.

A book in thomas's point of view? Maybe, but hes dead!we would only have it from the past books,but luckily we would no what he really thought of Reed and more!But a book on noelles point of view? Definitley,she would be so much more interesting than thomas!

Wow, seems like everyone wants it in Thomas's POV. Hmm... I think that would be really cool. But it would also be cool to have it in Josh POV because we could see what is going on in his head when he sees Reed with Thomas. We also could see the talks between Thomas and Josh. But Kate, I think I speak for most of these girls, please just tell us if you are or aren't putting up the first chapter of Suspicion. I hope you do, but I'd like to know if you're not. Thanks!

Wait im confused lol!! Is this series going to be a TV show like gossip girl..... Or a web series?? Because on Wikipedia its saying its going to be a web series that's 6-7 mins long for the first 4 books with 20 episodes????

at some point, at least some part of this series should definitely be written in josh's perspective. i think it would give great insight on his reasons for bouncing back so fast with ivy and how he still loves reed and all that, and after paradise lost, with both of his "lovers", for lack of a better word, possibly injured/in the hospital, i see it as a perfect opportunity.

yea i think that it would be cool if you wrote someone else's pov for private... i think it'd be cool if it was noelle's pov cause shes always so calm but it'd be kinda funny to see her panic inside and i'd like to see how her mind works... my green idea... lets see hmmmm... conserve water=shower with a friend... haha kidding my REAL green idea would be to unplug anything your not using like a phone charger or your lamp or something beacuse even if its not turned on it will still use up some energy so that could help save money and help the enviornment...

so i ahev alot to say. i love the thomas idea!!!. and because he is dead almost anything can happen since we dont know much about his past. I love noelle but a book in her pov might change how i feel about her in the priavte series. I think a book in the pov of josh or ivy would be amazing!!! i love the private series so showing us part of suspicion would be fabulous! Also, im soooo confused, are you just making a web series? or are you making a tv show too? if so when will it air? its sooo confusing so can someone tell me what the deal is?!?!?!?!? ~~~~~Brittany

Hello, it's Gabriella again. I did think about Private or any of the other books of the Private series in someone else's point of view (mainly Noelle's/Josh's) would be amazing as well. It's just that we saw Noelle and Josh in all of the books, not even including the upcoming one. I think that if Private were made in Thomas's point of view, we would finally understand what he went through. I think I speak for many when I say that it would be nice to know how he really felt about Reed and such. I felt that knowing and understanding his pain and his love would put those who think of him so harshly at rest. Again, it's just a thought. Gabriella.

Hi there; i know the next private book is supction and the prilvige book is perfect mistake out in the fall, how about view of thomas of another private prequel when he was before the 'bad boy' and school 'drug dealer' (just a catch)and about the chatting on the 'private website' it would be good...

i just looked at the cast and i dont like it at all! i was accually kind of excited for the show but the cast just is not right. noelle was suppost to be dark and brunntte not blond! and the others are just as bad (other than thomas)

Agreed, Sheila. The cast isn't exactly the best. The Billings Girls are supposed to be pretty and untouchable, but it doesn't seem like it. Other than Thomas, the rest isn't very good. Reed looks too old. She's prettier than Ariana. Ariana is too...I don't know. Hopefully they're good actors. I wished they could have used the model covers, even though they might not be actors. :( Kate, are you considering posting the first chapter of Suspicion? I think I speak for ALL of your fans when I say this. XOXO

Michelle - I just looked up the girl who's playing Reed and she's 18. That's not old. I agree with the girl above bc the guy who is playing Thomas looks old. And ya, WHY IS NOELLE BLONDE?????? Hopefully she'll dye her hair

i think the girl who plays reed looks the part, she's real pretty, but hopefully she will be a good actress too. and i think most of the actors were at least decent choices. except, the ariana actress is completely different than i ever imagined
