ADVICE FOR NEWBIES

Lola (and Heath Bar) Childs in the house. Day one down, 5,000,000 million more to go. After the most awkward run-in with Kyle Lewis imaginable (I literally ran into him, resulting in an ice cream disaster!), I can officially say that I have survived my first day at Ashton Prep. The only problem? I have to return tomorrow. And then the day after that. No, Heath Bar, we’re not in London anymore. Although he may be kinda furry, at least I have one friend in NY. Have you ever started at a new school? Any tips for getting settled and fitting in?

just be yourself and dont try to be anyone ur not. If u do no one will wanna be ur friend cuz u would be fake. and plus ur my favorite sloane! ur awesome and heath bar is TOO cute!

I agree with fifthsloane<3333. Just be yourself and if people dont like you well w.e to them, find people who like you for who you are. I better everything will get better with Kyle

If you start at a new school, try to show everyone your inner fabulous-ness and who you really are. If people think your a loser and w.e, ignore them. They're not worth your time :) Hope Kyle and you get better! (Say hi to Heath Bar 4 me!) - omqdrmmrchic

I have moved to new schools a lawt of times. Just wear makeup and designer clothes, and people will love you. Don't forget eyeliner! xoxo alphagossipgirl

you should always be yourself . try being outgoing . make friends with people you normally wouldn't. they may like you . BE YOURSELF AND BE OUTGOING!

Try to be more like your ah-mazing sisters Cate, Stella, and Andie. You could learn a lawt from them. If you're naturally fabulous, (which you aren't, sadly), you *could* be yourself, but if you're unfablous, you'll need to change. Your sisters are perfect examples. xoxo alphagossipgirl

Lola first u r my favorite Character in the book!! Second i came to my school in 3rd grade and i still don't fit in as well as i want to. what ever u do make sure your're always true to yourself. that way no matter what u do you'll be happy. p.s. i love!!! your dress on the cover of the book. (p.p.s. at first i got all u guys mixed up on the cover. now i know who's who)

yeah it can be tough to fit in because everyone has their own little possy started so what i recommend is dont TRY to fit in just be urself cuz when u try then people take advantage of u. get ur own possy started do ur OWN stuff good luck! and lola i think ur absolutely gorgeous!

yea i have been to 3 different skools for middle school so i have some pretty good tips. just be urself dont act like someone ur not. Talk to people ask them questions dont just walk through the hallyways waiting for someone to come up to u. just go up to someone and introduce yourself. Then smile always smile it shows people that ur interested in getting to know them. I hope I helped u. I luv ur character!!!! so cute.
