Ever heard the expression “less is more?” Well, ditch the bright eye shadow and red lips and go “au natural” with rosy cheeks and light glosses. Trust me, your pores will thank you. Just dab on some light color, and you and your Clique will be good to go. What are your tips for achieving a natural, sun-kissed look?

Yay, 1st comment. :) I ah-gree x 10. A little mascara, some neutral blush, and a good-quality gloss. Make it a coulple layers if you want to lay in the sun. Ooh, and some copper or gold blush? Suttle pink is fine too.

I totally agree.. heavy makeup belongs only on the stage. Some girls i know just dont know when to stop!!

For my look, I really don't wear any makeup. I just let my face tan in the sun a little and wash it so I don't get any major zits. Then I top it all of with some "lip mosturizer" that will prevent them from getting chapped. And I love it! :)

and the reason i have to wear lip moisturizer isn't only 4 chapped lips. i have this MAJOR infection, and my lips get all bubbly and gross! 1 time, i had 2 go to the hospital and they gave me lip surgery so i don't have that infection anymore, but a really he-uge scar across my lip!

i think u should all just go with a light, neutral color on the apples of ur cheeks. then go with a mascara, and maybe some light pink gloss (or whatever goes with ur skin tone.) what ever u do... dont go with black eyeliner or any thing dark!!! also u might wanna go for an apricot colored eye shadow depending on ur skintone and eye color.

In the summer, I don't use too much make-up. A little blush, some lip-gloss, some light mascara, and a bit of perfume (although that's not make-up), and I'm good to go. kt, there is sooo much advice on acne out there, but here are my top 3 tips: 1. EXERCISE! Ever since I've started running 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time, my acne has practically disappeared. 2. Change your pillowcase every week. It really helps. 3. Use a good facial wash, such as Neutrogena (sp?) or Clean and Clear. You could try more expensive such as Proactive, but the afore-mentioned brands work fine. You could also see a dermatologist if it's truly bad.

OUT. TONS OF NOT MANY HAVE MAKE FLAWLESS SKIN AND WHAT GIRL COULD LIVE WITHOUT MAKEUP. MY FRIENDS TELL ME THAT I LOOK PRETTIER WHEN I GET MYSELF TOGETHER AND DRESS UP NICE(STILL CASUAL) WITH JUST SOME JEANS PRETTY LIP GLOSS AND A LITTLE FOUNDATION.

i love this finally i really dont wea alot of make-up i have soft great skin and it looks fine i do go to a tanning bed to get color and i mean mine looks natural so i look fine :) i always get complements and questions on how i keep my skin soft and i always say not alot of make-up and i use clean and clear :) it really work!!!!!! o and quick question i rally wanna start a blog what should it b about and would u look at it????? :)

i usually just throw on some natural eyeshadow that makes my brown eyes looke sparkly some mascara, light blush and sheer lipgloss!!!!!

Ewwwwwwww! i say go for bright lips ( like neon or red lipstick) a nd then go for red or metelic nails and then lash blast luxe and smoky eyes w/ eyeliner

Sometimes just soft, natural colors can make people understand your personality, like,perhaps, a light blue shade can make you look peppy and innocent, while red can make you look fiery and out to win.

Jergens Natural Glow, baby! But if you have sensitive skin, don't use it. Causes breakouts! And clogs pores.

I agree, the past year and wore a ton of makeup. because i thought i wouldnt be as good looking as the movie stars, this summer i finally realized that as Lisi said " Less is more." I realized this when i was reading Massie's summer collection and she was working with the makeup. Now I truly feel better about my face.

I do NAWT wear hardly any make-up at all! lip gloss is fine , but i dont usually go for the whole eye shadow , mascara, blush thing. Just think about it... if you wear makeup all the time and one day you decide nawt to... everyone will totally know because you look different. And make up in the summer?! pu-lease!

My tip on a natural look would be Bronze eyeshadow(i think it goes with any eye color), I'm not so good with blush advice, and then mascara. But if you need eyeliner, I would suggest looking up the right color to go with your eye color. For example, I have green eyes and my eyeliner color is Raisin. And of coarse, pink shimmer lipgloss! Beautiful! :)
